Each of the elements specifically manifested in the activities of various departments and also depends on the age, experience and exposed to varying degrees.
Police officeris in constant interaction with various categories of juvenile offenders. This affects their minds and behavior as officials. On the other hand - they are at opposite effect. Elements of Professional Conduct are expressed in units of policemen. Consider the specific social attitudes police officers for juvenile offenders, depending on length of service activity.
To study thecognitive component of social attitudes police officers from different service experience juvenile offenders, we used "psycho-geometric test" and method of "semantic differential". Using thesetechniquespolicementhree differentexperienceprofessional activitiesevaluatedjuvenile offenders: firstexperience -beginners,young professionalswith work experience0-3years;secondexperience -average,4-10years;thirdexperience -experienced staff, the serviceexperienceof more than10 years [3, 143].Researchconducted in theMinistry of Internal Affairsof Ukraine inRivne regionwith employeesfollowing units:criminal policefor Children,investigationandinquiry, thelocal policeman. Election ofgeometric shapes policemen with different length of service for juvenile offenders (%)
Record ofservice of policemen
more than 10 years
Test resultsindicate that 33.3% of police officers with work experience 0 to 3 years of juveniles associated with the figure of "zigzag". "Zigzag" geometry characterized as juvenile offenders as tireless preaching their ideas and able to motivate everyone around him. They intemperate, very expressive, their eccentricities often prevent them implement their ideas. Moreover, according to police officers, juvenile delinquents not good at study of specific details and very persistent in bringing the case to the end. This geometric figure characterizes juvenile offenders as adolescents who actively avoid conflicts.
Law enforcement officers with experience of 4 to 10 years is associated with the figure of juvenile offenders "rectangle" - 45.2%. "Rectangle" represents the state of transition and change. Juvenile offenders associated with geometrical figure "rectangle" dissatisfied with the way of life they are now, and so busy looking for the best position. They have, low self-esteem tend to become something better, looking for new methods of work, lifestyle. The sudden and unexpected changes in behavior or circumstances usually confused and alarming them.
41.7% of law enforcement officers with experience more than 10 years of service associated with juvenile delinquents "triangle". "Triangle" as a geometric shape symbolizes leadership. Juvenile offenders characteristically constantly strive to compete with others. In any case, for which they are taken dominated setting to win, success. Juvenile offenders associated with this geometric figure acting like teenagers, often at risk, are impatient and intolerant of those who are hesitant in making a decision. They see what they want to see, so do not like to change their decision. Categorical often not recognized and often have an objection on its own. Successful learning that meets their pragmatic orientation and contributes to the main purpose. Absorb like sponge useful information.
Notethe following: The police never chose a geometric shape "circle". Thus it can be assumed that the characteristics inherent in this figure are not appropriate for juvenile offenders. Particularly for young offenders, according to police, people are not the most important value. They are more interested in all sorts of things. Juvenile offenders are not peculiar sensory. They are hard to recognize in men crooks and thieves. They do not like teamwork. Juvenile offenders are not peculiar to peace talks. They are willing to engage in interpersonal conflict and do not avoid controversial situations. Occupy them "strong" position and often take the wrong decision. What geometric shape "circle" is not chosen any time highlights the fact that juveniles are not inherent hardness - when it comes to issues of morality or justice violations. They do not focus on the inherent problems of subjective factors (values, estimates sense) and do not seek to find common even in the opposite points of view .
Comparing theelection of each other geometrical figures, selected police officers from different professional work experience for young offenders, we find that the experience of winning and changing the mass fraction of selected figures. Consider more:
-Police officers with 0-3 years of experience in relation to juveniles compared to more experienced staff significantly more likely to "zigzag" (33.3%, 14.3% and 0.0%, p1, 2 ≤ 0,01, p1, 3≤ 0,01). The choice of geometric shapes decreases with increasing length of the professional activities of police officers.
-Police officers with an average experience (4-0 years) in relation to juvenile offenders than those who work 0-3 and more than 10 years, less likely to choose the "rectangle" (26.2%, 45.2% and 38 9%, p1, 2 ≤ 0,01, p1, 3≤ 0,05).
- Experiencedpolice officers (over 10 years) in relation to juvenile offenders, compared with less skilled workers more likely to choose the "triangle" (28.6%, 33.3% and 41.7%, p1, 3 ≤ 0,05). As you can see from this association minors figure is high enough for all police officers and increases with the length of the professional activities of policemen.
-Police officers from different service experience sufficiently small juveniles is associated with a geometric shape "square" (11.9, 7.1 and 19.4, p2, 3≤0,01).Thus the properties inherent in a given geometrical shape, according to police officers do not comply with juvenile offenders;
To study the cognitive component of social attitudes police officers with varying experience in law enforcement services for juvenile offenders, we used the method of "semantic differential". The results included in table 2.

We select the most important: rationalistic ("reckless": -2.72); required ("negligent": -2.61); balanced ("inflammatory": -2.44); reliable ("unreliable": -2.39); responsibility ("stick-in-the-mud": -2.33); strong-willed ("gutless": -2.00).
Regardingthese results, do the following comparative analysis:
-Police officers from different service experience with their choice unanimously indicated that juveniles reckless, negligent, inflammatory, unreliable, lax, helpless.
-With the increase of length of service in law enforcement, characterized by a minor, according to police, personal qualities are more accentuated. Staff with increasing experience, do not think about juveniles as ignorant and foolish that influenced bad education begin to obey and carry out the negative impact of the offense. The police are becoming more confident in the fact that minors in advance thinking about their actions and commit offenses showing ingenuity, intelligence and perseverance.
