The article received the further development of the author's theory of social communication in the direction of the media culture.Formulated the concept of media cults and, on its basis, create the 6-way communication modelgive the newconclusions

Until now, the media culture were considered and studied by many authors, which are reviewed in [3,4,5]. However, so far not done definition of the concept of "media culture", which should be interpreted as a set of ideological factors and behavioural characteristics to increase the use of creative resources and publishing opportunities for improving the national culture in the state. On the basis of such a thing should come to the conclusion that the culture of a society is directly proportional to the qualification of media culture. 

Initiativation media culture have delikvent (say no) behavior, which includes internal and reasons Internal causes are psychological state of persons by household, family, material causes. The impact of reasons is undulating character, that is, they sometimes exacerbated, sometimes come. It takes place at the expense of memory, due to emotional decline (rise). In addition, it should be noted that at the same time when the negative mood on one of the reasons decreasing, on the other - can grow.
For external reasons, there are some health, for example, increase blood pressure leads to emotional stress and even to a mental breakdown. The conduct of women affects their physiological state. To external causes, in addition to weather and climate on human influences the moral-psychological climate and the informational state of the organization, which is constantly stress, strong or weak, if stress is considered as a system of negative or positive emotions.
Мedia  qualification depending on the knowledge. Knowledge is characterized by depth and breadth. Breadth of knowledge forms the portrait specialist, it is for someone is mandatory. With regard to the depth of knowledge, they need when describing a specific process, Agency or person that has a significant features and professional differences.
First, on  basis of logical analysis, build the model of communications [2] figure 1:

On the basis provided by experts estimates, presented in table 1, on a 10-point rating will give quantitative characteristics of separate sections of the knowledge and communication in the overall system of knowledge.

Firstly, it is surprising that the first is the national language. But it is so, because the language has its own semantics, which influences the consciousness of a person, so there will be some adjustments to the concepts of morality, ethics.
A number of vectors coefficient priority will be built on the basis of the theory of priorities [1] and data from the table 1 is as follows:

                          0,19; 0,18; 0,17; 0,17; 0,15; 0,09.                                                                                     (1)  

The amount is 0,95. The amount that is close to unity, we are satisfied, because it has an error of 5%. 
For the pairwise analysis and construction of table 2 for comparison purposes we write the main objectives:

G1 - is the national language,
G2 - conditions of life
G3 - national psychology.

We conclude that the distribution of knowledge is through language and living conditions.
Basics of media culture. This concept of a multi-valued, polinom. Persons, who work in the media, contribute to it differently. Certainly, there are enough avenues for improvement of culture, in this case for a journalist important and culture, which contributes to his media activities. This is a humanitarian culture, its directions are given in figure 2, that is, on the model of communicative features:

Further analysis will spend the method of pair comparisons, if the main are the following goals:

G1 – word thinking
G2 - oratory,
G3 - read prose.

Thus, word thinking and reading books is the best way of creating a system of knowledge of a journalist.

The perception of success. In the life and work of the media should take place as luck and failure. Which more - depends on the nature, moral and psychological climate, conditions and the nature of labour. There are external luck is the weather, transport, order, cash payments and bonuses. Within the personality is formed virtual world, which declares the desire to get a fortune.
To analyze this, we create the 6-way communication model of business success journalist. It is shown in the Fig. 3.

Again back to the theory of priorities, for which we need an expert estimation of factors of the culture perception of business success.

They are listed in table 5.:

Conclusion: business luck journalist is connected with the desire to tell someone and get financial reward.
The perception of a media failures. Many psychologists believes that life has more failures than successes. This is not always possible to agree. But own opinion is that in the various facts (processes) different attitudes. But the setbacks, sometimes paralyze useful activity, make the journalist able to go about their business. This is the specifics of the work that requires a person of good mood and calmness.
By logical analysis, build the model of communications failures in the system of journalistic culture.

Conclusion. A media failure is being pushed to apeliteto others, this is understandable, because the state is depressed.

Perception of events. In the modern period, society and nature is overloaded that sometimes leads to what is happening. In the world there are nuclear, chemical, bacteriological, psychological weapon is all poorly controlled. In addition, there may be scientific and technical causes of the incidents. It is known that about the adventures of the first to know in the media, which provide information. But before the information about the incident public, it it is necessary to imagine and understand how and what to publish. Therefore journalists should take heavy to less scare readers.
To represent the journalistic culture in the process of perception of the event build the model of a culture of understanding of adventure and give it to the one shown in figure 5:

The conclusion is that the events journalist reacts violently tries to look forward and evaluate the prospect.
The word of thinking. The word of thinking is 2 different processes involved in one. That which comes first - philosophical question. Of course, at first there appears a thought, which then turns into the language. But often it is the generator of the emergence of thought. Very often thought and speech have a very small difference in time, that is occurring. Opinions and language, can be associated with the articulation and gesticulations, then thought easier to understand. With mimicry and gestures it is also linked.

Communication received on the basis of logical analysis, we estimate with the help of the group of experts on the 10-point scale. These results are presented in table 11.
