As has already been mentioned, the strategic planning begins with the analysis and summary of the current condition, the trends and causes that led to this state.
Today's global economic condition is very interesting in its own way.Continuing the ongoing studies and summarizing the preliminary results of the second part of investigation, I suggest considering these emerging trends.(Results of the first part of survey:"polytological pyramid" formation, were published in the article:Vaidotas Matutis; „POLITICAL IDEA AND INVESTMENTS SAFETY“; http://general.journals.cz/documents/Vol2/Untitled1.pdf; magazine: http://general.journals.cz/).
Everyone knows and probably has no doubts about the claim that the economic platform and the political system are linked by tight connections and influence each other.We can easily make convinced of this after the historical review of our development of society (here, I mean the development of human society in general).So according to this view, and analysing the results of the second part of the study, let us formulate a generalized picture of the current situation.
First of all, the formation of the "polytological pyramid” indicates that there is a discrepancy between the current economic platform and the political system.Although, the "polytological pyramid” places a greater emphasis on the analysis of the political system.It emerges, when the political system is rendered in the chosen political coordinate system, where "x" indicates the diversity of government systems (according to the possible democracy degrees of freedom from anarchy to dictatorship), and 'y' maps the ideological diversity (from liberalism to communism, according to the promoted ratio of individual freedom and responsibilities).So here we first reveal the uncertainties in the political system, but because the political system and the economic platform are closely inter-related and form a single system, the differences (uncertainties) in the political system significantly influence the economic platform.With these discrepancies, any man, even without understanding their nature and assumptions or reasons, feels discomfort.This leads to misunderstandings, riots and other obscure forms of protest.Lately, we can observe this all around the world:protests, strikes, riots, civil disturbances in wealthy Arab countries, waves of protest in Europe, extremist attacks (Norway, 22-07-2011) etc.
For further discussion and for the sake of visualization, let's graph this system of political and economic platform.First, let's put on the selected axis the positions of the political system and economic platform (Fig.1).
In such rendering, the global economic core studies are already conducted in the area of economic platform, so this is just one of the common parts of the system, albeit very closely connected with the whole system ... Thus, in this rendering, the "polytological pyramid” should be represented above the chosen axis, since, as already mentioned, it is more focused on the analysis of the political system, well, while the “core of economic power”is portrayed in the economic platform area, because these studies are focused on the economical analysis (Fig.2).
In order to better understand how the two parts come together in this system, let's go back to the above statement:"that the economic platform and political system are linked by tight connections and influence each other."
All of us have heard politicians saying:"I am a politician and I do not interfere with business affairs."However, it is exactly the politicians, who by means of laws establish the rules of the game in business, or in the wider context, in the economy, thus directly influencing the economic platform (Fig.3,arrow „A“).On the other hand, we often hear the statement in the speeches of businessmen:"I'm an entrepreneur, operating within the economic area, and I do not interfere with politics."However, this overlooks the fact that politics is not an element maintaining itself.It is nourished by the fruit of economic area(Fig.3,arrow „B“).At the same time, the businessmen who understand it, take advantage of their position and affect politicians by ordering necessary regulatory rules of the economy.
So, the circle closes up and we have a single complex (Fig.3,circle „C“),which we will investigate below.For the sake of visualization and for simplicity let us return to our system that we began discussing, where we have marked the political system area, and economic platform area on the selected axis, and represented the "politological pyramid" and "the core of economic power" in them(Fig.4).
Since we are going to continue to analyse the general complex, we need a comprehensive analytical technique.In terms of the reproduced complex and the chosen axis there is a system of areas, which are used in further research, and constitute the common methodological choice, which we shall call the "COMPLEX ANALYSIS" methodology.
The more so, as the need for the complex analysis methodology arises in many important areas of life.As an example, let us consider the education system that focuses on the transfer of accumulated knowledge to the younger generation.
Being a teacher it is the most responsible of the activities which exist today.Even the profession of doctor who, seemingly, can save a human life, is not so responsible.After all, the doctor heals the body, but the not only one important part in the human is his body (human depends not only from his body).A child who grew up in nature, is not much different from animals.Here we have a lot of examples.Man is shaped by society.The accumulated experience of mankind in earlier generations is given to the child by his parents and teachers, and only after assimilating this experience he can be considered human.That's why teaching is so important, the teacher participates in the formation of a human –the man who will live tomorrow.Teachers build our future.
I was moved to the bottom of my heart and remember the words of one orphan girl (raised by another woman after the death of her real mother):“I was brought up and educated by my aunt so that I can bring the new life to the world, thus ensuring the eternity of mankind."So:a woman and in particular a mother gives new life and continuity to humanity.Next, the woman is the first teacher of the next-generation who conveys her children human knowledge and experience accumulated over millennia.These first lessons determine of how children will mature and become be ready to accept new knowledge and new skills, as well as how to use what is already known and what our parents and grandparents have already tested with their bitter experiences.(http://matutis.eu/apie-mane-publikacijos/keista-publikacija/mokslas-ir-gyvenimas/straipsnis/su-paaiskinimais-pradinis-variantas/)
Teacher's job is not easy, and his biggest problem is the children.Modern children can no longer be controlled.We cannot find a common language with them.Seemingly, they do not hear us all do not understand.Or we do not understand them.However, in one way or another, we lose the next generation.Modern education crisis is not a problem of one country, it is a common situation.
By studying the causes of defects and methods of combating them, professionals forget to find out the true nature of the issues and limit themselves with their competence.Doctors provide hygiene guidelines, psychologists organise interviews etc. meanwhile, the fundamental problem, the reason for everything, is missed by everyone,because it is not included in the competence of any specialist.So here again there is a need for "complex analysis" methodology.
The problem is that we do not understand what the child wants from life.For a little more, the problem lies in the system of formation of the child's life landmarks and values?.It's a development seemingly is subject to educational methods, but they are based on unconscious assumptions.
We have the generation of untrained teachers.If we do not educate a new generation with a different (not fragmented but holistic) system of values, the world risks being plunged into chaos.However, it is impossible to find the distributors of the appropriate value system; if nobody on the planet does not trying clarify and understand the changes taking place.
Why are adults not able to offer the child a proper way of development?According to the words of the International Methodology Association president Sergei Popov, the modern society does not know where the world is going.The current attempts to establish the educational system do not contain a vision for the future."Adults are confused no less than children.
At all times, the education of growing generation was based on altruistic values.Every one of us wants to develop the best qualities in our own offspring to succeed in life.We intuitively teach them selflessness and love for people.However, "you can repeat the same thing a thousand times, but the research shows:children do not hear.They understand "movies", they understand life examples.They look at what we do, and learn from it."
Parents, while educating their little ones, are trying to instil good behaviour in their environment, because they intuitively feel that openly selfish people exploitation causes the counter-attack.We want our children to be self confident, and we understand that this can only be achieved through altruistic education.After all, human security depends on the surrounding people, and they should treat him in the same way as he treats them.The environment in which people live may be harmful, but the altruistic attitude to its members increases the likelihood that the society will be benevolent.
The moral behaviour of society gives people a sense of calm and confidence, and this is why we are trying to develop a system of education in such a spirit.However, our children grow and observe that we most often violate those principles, which we require from them, and then they become the same egoists, as ourselves.Proper education is based on the model.Are we giving our children a good example of behaviour with others?No, although that is what we are trying to teach them from childhood.A child who sees parents' words are meaningless and false, no longer believes them.And then all of our interpretations about the right things to do become irrelevant.
Public relations and family crisis today encourages us to change.So far, we unconsciously with teaching children altruism, but it was poorly based on personal example.However, in order to change, we first need to understand what is going on, so once again we return to the need of the "complex analysis" methodology.Furthermore, altruism has always been associated with spirituality.How the spiritual evolution is happening?
Spiritual evolution is similar to the child's development.A child does not understand how he grows – and we do not understand the way of our spiritual evolution.We only know from experience that he has to break everything, to make mistakes, to fall, to cry, to have children's diseases –without all this, he will not grow, it is a real and natural process.The same is with spiritual development – there must be no mysticism.
Only one thing is confusing:why a person should develop?What kind of logic is there, if through simple and unconscious actions he can acquire certain skills, develops the mind and memory, and begins to speak?What determines these quality changes?
Kids play – and learn by playing.Suddenly he acquires the ability to roll over, to sit, to walk, to hold things and so on.These examples of child development are reasonable grounds to conclude that human efforts cause a need for certain force of development, due to which qualitative change takes place in a man.This is a real and natural process –just like in spiritual development.
At a certain stage the human development is dependent on himself.If the higher level is hidden from the human, he must try like a child.Without understanding, and without feeling his other states, he can acquire it –to discover the spiritual.As a child grows and gets sense when playing, so a person activates a mechanism linking him with the spiritual world.
Human cognition is subjective.The image of the world in which we live is dependent on our sensory perceptions and our inner qualities.So now the vector of human development should be directed to the fuller and fairer understanding of the world and of the holistic world view, and here again we need a "complex analysis" methodology.
At the beginning of the article we proposed the simplified representation of the complex political system and economic platform analysis methodology and its use for further research is the first step towards self-understanding of the processes taking place in today's world.Especially since people say:“you can teach another person to read and write, only when you have learned to do it yourself…".
