ECOLOGICAL IMPACT UPON MOTIVATION METHODS IN MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES

The article deals with approaches to personnel motivation, and gives an opportunity to sum up characteristics of new social values formation and motivation marks in Knowledge-based economy, which modifies individuals’ behavior and other socially determined groups. The importance and main features in Knowledge-based economy motivation technologies are shown through the prism of “green” approach

Every generation has its own mental triggers or ideals, which after all shape its moral behavior. The only dream of intellectualized part of soviet young people – the so-called “drivers” of technological, engineering, mental and ethical development in the beginning of 1990-ies was to leave “that country”. Now the dream of young and rather self-actualized individuals is “to escape this planet”. So, joking aside, their daring decision is based on high unsteadiness of socio-economic processes and parameters variety, which are closely connected with informational aspect of people cooperation in economic sphere. The Economy of intellect or Knowledge-based economy progressively contrasts with the “hydrocarbonic despotism”, “pipeline democracies” and other “democratic dictatorships”, which combine a facade of IT with subjective methods and approaches to human intellectual resources development. That is why particular attention must be paid to information, time and place objective investigation in the context of human resources motivation. In this way the strategy of creative intellectual resources development – the basis of human knowledge production is commercially viable.
It is a well-known fact, that human resources management in the context of time and place in the capacity of basic components of wealth concentration always come into a conflict with the logic of this wealth utilization in the environment of global civilization development. Today the instinct of self-preservation gives an impulse to intellectual resources consolidation for both knowledge management and “management for knowledge” approach application. Moreover, such social, political and ecological strains as Global finance crisis, North Africa and Middle East conflicts escalation, Twitter revolution, emergencies at Sayan-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power plant, marine drilling rig in Gulf of Mexico and Fukushima nuclear power station together with numerous earthquakes and volcanic eruptions are going to transform Knowledge-based economy into “the economy of stress” [1; 2].
Nowadays we are witnesses of several generations of technology and technique change and of course social and economic transformations. At first sight such latent changes are called “biological and social time standard frequency change” [3]. Hence, the quality of new informational status of Society transforms the logic of social behavior [4]. That means total individuals behavior change because of new needs understanding with new motives and motivators shaping and, of course, an algorithm of management decision-making process change.
First and foremost, every manager must create the so-called bifurcation points – intellectual bifurcation and motivational bifurcation. The intellectual bifurcation point means individual intellectual-and-resource potential change under the influence of new knowledge, new experience, new duties and responsibilities. The motivational bifurcation point also changes individual intellectual-and-resource potential under the influence of adjusted and implemented manager motivational impacts and individual internal motivation [5]. 
Ecological approach means social and ecological “good” application for Compassionate capitalism, which includes new working positions creation, free training for professional growth, material and immaterial motivation, which are the main methods of socially responsible economic system / organization. Nowadays such system acts in three fields: economic, social and ecological – it maximizes its intellectual, social and economic potentials, which subsequently increase the reputational capital of this system. Since reputation is a matter of trust, it has a direct impact on the motivational climate [6]. It's quite natural that workers and consumers of products or services never trust an organization that behaves irresponsibly and unethically. The “greening” of modern economic systems is a key characteristic of the post-industrial society formations. This is ecology that changed human motivators pattern – conspicuous consumption had transformed into conspicuous conservation. The first means spending money for luxury goods and services in order to show how “tough” he or she acts. The second helps managers to understand how people are trying to manage their image: “…Whereas conspicuous consumption is meant to signal how much green you’ve got, conspicuous conservation signals how green you are” [7]. Such approach in motivational technology “core” can be used together with the concept of ecological and economic reengineering – the complex measures process for more favorable conditions for development creation, more complete and efficient resources utilization, better organization of work in order to meet the needs of society more fully. It also provides additional organization of effective nature management and environmentally friendly, energy saving technologies for environmental protection production [8].
Nowadays the “Man of Ecology” is a kind of self-actualizer and has multivariate qualities in his value system. His or her interests and values described in [9] are the following: 1) physical needs (active healthy life, communion with nature, longevity and healthy young generation); 2) spiritual needs (promotion of moral and ethical qualities of the new generations, combined with advanced scientific and educational systems that produce creative activity of man in harmony with nature); 3) material needs (consumption of friendly created and technologically advanced products and with non-waste technologies); 4) social and communication needs (the need to introduce economic and environmental security, social and political stability). 
Such values of “Man of Ecology” is a new area of human development, which cannot be neglected during a new type of motivational technologies creation. This trend gradually eliminates the theory of motivation, based on purely economic growth to achieve only economic quantitative indicators. According to the main attribute of man in the era of Knowledge-based economy, human resources, intelligence, intellectual capital, intellectual property, which is received in the process of intellectual work shall be subjected to further investigation.
