This article was considered examines the main areas of training future teachers to the organization of Special Education.

Kazakhstan, as any other state can reach entering to a category of the developed countries of the world with a high standard of well-being, only having the balanced qualitative qualified labor market. Requirements of developing labor market to human resources are narrow-profile competence in accordance with general educational training. All these demand maintenance of educational space with creating a condition for "blossoming" of specific features, development of profile abilities, and satisfaction of educational requirements. Now at general educational schools where the mass contingent is trained, formation of the person with pre-professional orientation is not being promoted. Hence, necessity for maintenance school education to average trained everyone by an individual educational route on abilities, professional intentions has ripened. Principles of the personal-focused approach, individualization, differentiation adequately can answer the given inquiries, profiling by transition of an average link to profile education in new types of profile schools.
Transition to profile training will be a revolutionary change in organizational mechanisms of the senior school, if there is understanding of impossibility to bring up responsible and conscious person. The person, who is ready to a professional choice in the conditions of modern education as a modern schoolboy, actually has no self-determination possibility in educational space of concrete educational institution.
Modern education needs updating, it is necessary for modern pupil to be given a wide choice: an educational program, the curriculum, an educational route, a training profile.
And so, for today profile training is one of priority directions of updating of modern education, achievement of new quality.
Today we understand profile training as means of differentiation and individualization of training, allowing changes in structure, the maintenance and the organization of educational process to consider interests, propensities and abilities of pupils, to create conditions for training of senior pupils according to their professional interests and intentions concerning continuation of education.
Increase of professional competence, vocational training of the future teachers is one of the main and basic conditions of efficiency of profile training as one of priority directions of modernization the system of the general education. Readiness and ability of pupils to bear a responsibility as for own well-being of a society is considered as the main result of education modernization. The modern education system should arm pupils with knowledge, form requirement for the continuous independent and creative approach to mastering new knowledge, create possibilities for self-education. New requirements to vocational training of the future teachers make a question of professional competence actual, filling the maintenance of this concept with additional characteristics and pedagogical abilities. Quality of education is a balanced conformity of vocational training to result, process of educational system, to diverse need, the purposes, requirements, norms, and standards. Quality of education is understood as degree of satisfaction of various participants’ expectations concerning educational process from educational services given by educational institution and degree of achievement of the purposes put in education and tasks. Quality of vocational training is a parity of its purpose and result, at the same time including level of education, formation of informative interests. At school teachers who can provide variability and personal orientation of educational process, practical activity, and end of professional self-determination of pupils are required to profile training [1].
At present introductions of profile training to the senior school depend on readiness of the teacher for qualitative changes in the professional work. Development of the maintenance of a subject on profile and basic level, use of various kinds and activity forms during the lesson and out of it, change of system in a school estimation, mastering technology of a memory estimation; development of a technique of the organization of elective courses employment, understanding of essence of the competent approach in training are carried to them. In this situation the system of training the future teachers, promoting development of professional competence of the teacher deserves special attention. System-forming component in special training of pedagogical shots for introduction of profile training is the elective courses directed on development of necessary professional abilities of teachers.
Many teachers have no idea about character and the maintenance of profile training: first, scientifically-methodical and didactic readiness of graduates of teacher training Universities to the given professional work is insufficient; the second, there is no continuity between the state educational standards of the higher school and the senior step of high school; thirdly, there are difficulties with a substantiation of a choice of directions of training teachers to profile training; the fourth, the educational material base is weak. And as consequence, many graduates of teacher training Universities are obviously insufficiently trained for multifunctional pedagogical activity.
The system of preparation of the teacher to profile training of pupils is understood as the ordered set of the interconnected components of the education, possessing structure, technology and the management, and realization of these components provide efficiency of teaching and educational process. The structural component is characterized by integrity of knowledge of the schoolboy/schoolgirl, about the maintenance and character of fields of knowledge and activity, about various kinds of work, about spheres of services and various kinds of the property, about professional work of inhabitants of region. The technological component defines selection of professionally - pedagogical knowledge, abilities and the qualities synthesizing influence of social and economic, psycho-pedagogical and other factors, providing continuous education and perfection of qualification of the teacher on realization of profile training of senior pupils. The administrative component provides a complex of organizational-methodical and didactic maintenance of preparation of the teacher to profile training of senior pupils. At designing and forecasting of profile education in teacher training University we allocate following kinds of the inter subject communications, which promote training of the teacher for profile training of pupils:
* methodological, conceptual, helping to outlooks formation and a civic stand of the teacher;
* cognitive, providing actualization of basic knowledge and abilities received at studying of adjacent subjects, for the purpose of system of knowledge formation in the course of studying of laws, phenomena, facts and deepening of knowledge on profile preparation in a context with social and economic and cultural-historical specificity of region;
* educational, assuming use of domestic and foreign experience of teachers, examples and illustrations from cultural history, sciences, technicians and production technologies, and also the phenomena and the facts of the social and economic environment of region in purpose of formation of professionally significant qualities of the future teacher;
* specific, specifying in communication of a studied subject with the maintenance of profile training of pupils in purpose of analyzing existing or working out and introductions of new methods of profile education on a substantial and remedial basis of a studied subject.
The allocated typology of communications allows proving structural components of the maintenance of additional training from a position of its regional profile specificity. In this case the communications, uniting components of substantial and remedial aspects in a difficult complex of training future teachers to profile training of senior pupils are established. Different types of integrity correspond to various types of profile training. So, to maintenance communications (concepts, principles, theories), technological (rules, algorithms, instructions), methodical (receptions, skills) correspond structural, functional and professional approaches. [2]
Training future teachers on various specialties to profile training of senior pupils has the personal focused character, it is calculated on 5 years of full-time education according to requirements of state standard of the higher vocational training and includes the maintenance of subject matters of a specialty of additional education taking into account specificity of concrete region. We will characterize the maintenance of components of an additional minimum of education to an invariant part of subject matters of specialties of the standard of educational preparation of the teacher taking into account specificity of the rural environment.
In the first block are presented disciplines of common cultural and socially - economic training taking into account formation and development of market relations, various patterns of ownership and the organization of work, variety of professional work, including traditions, customs and culture of rural society, the organization of agricultural production and various forms of work and services on village. The knowledge of law development of a society and economy, objective character of their actions allows students to understand more deeply a condition of development of various directions of agro-sphere as human life bases on village, and also to understand structure of goods production development and a non-productive field of activity of the person in the rural social environment, to open variety of professions and specialties of an agricultural profile.
Into the second block are general disciplines of the profession providing the future teachers with knowledge of pedagogics, psychology, age anatomy, physiology, the theory of a heredity taking into account age and specific features in development and formation of social activity of the rural schoolboy personality, that, of course, forms to the teacher base for studying structure of the pupil personality in order to support him in his vital and professional self-determination, a choice of the future profession in one of the spheres of national economy including agricultural production, in learning complex of similar disciplines.
The third block joins the disciplines connected with studying of technical and audiovisual tutorials and information technology which will allow students to seize professional skills on working with computers, and subsequently - to train pupils to use the personal computer on various studies, including on a profile with inclusion of a concrete material of the rural environment and manufacture.
In the fourth block additional specialties and directions which are extremely important for high school training of students in working at rural school, including profile training of senior pupils are presented.
The fifth block (additional education) assumes inclusion of students in various scientific organizations and competitions of informative-applied character, where they expand professionally - pedagogical possibilities of the subjects acquainting rural schoolboys with extensive area of professional work in the world technicians and technologies of local manufacture, public and individual work, in various spheres of service of the population [3].
In structure of the teacher’s personality conducting profile training, we allocate intellectuality, activity and emotionally-strong-willed spheres. An intellectual indicator is the many-sided and multilevel system of knowledge which includes didactic-methodical knowledge, professional thinking, creativity and culture. The professional thinking characterizes set of scientific concepts, the theory and laws of the basic specialty and profile training which allow to understand more deeply development of the pupil’s personality, a condition of manufacture, economic and other processes, to analyze them; to comprehend the educational information, to use modern technologies of training, readiness to make practical decisions taking into account the arisen situation.
The activity component assumes sequence of actions and operations of profile training. The integrated characteristic of emotionally-strong-willed sphere of the teacher’s personality is formation corresponding culture of relations to training activity of a concrete profile, culture of interaction with the nature, technics and a society. Possibility of designing and realization of creative interaction of the teacher and the pupil, optimum structuration of the maintenance of profile training of senior pupils is created on the basis of unity of the listed aspects of components.
