According to medical and social researches in recent years significantly increased the number of school-age children with disorders, including speech. Teaching children with speech disorders in public schools drew attention to the problems of their adaptation based on knowledge about the features of this category. Accordingly, on the agenda are issues of full developmentof the child as an active subject of life and problem of a qualified psychological assistance in this area.

The task of psychologist in terms of inclusive educationto set out the process of adaptation and development of social and communication skills, development and correction of cognitive mental processes, emotional and volitional, children group cohesion, education of parents and teachers, and their counselling. This is only a small part of the iceberg.

The main goal of psychological services in inclusive schools - creating conditions for the harmonious development of personality, ie, emotional, intellectual and volitional psyche of every child who attends school.

To achieve this goal, we have identified the following objectives:

·Organization of effective psychological and pedagogical supportof inclusive education process.

·Ensure the effectiveness of the adaptation process of children with speech disorders and prevention of exclusion.

·Plan development process.

·Individual counseling on inclusive education.

·Improving the professional competence of teachers in mattersof learning and development of children with speech disorders.

·Establishment of a system of tolerant education in the minds of the younger generation.

Psychological supportof inclusive education should be carried out in the following stages:

1. Psychodiagnostic stage. Diagnosis of cognitive mental processes, emotional condition of the child, the level of anxiety.

2. Preparation of documents. Development and approval of individual training programs with recommendations for teachers and parents. Informing parents about developmental objectives of the program. Forming groups for remedial classes and preparation of working hours.

3. Developmental work. Psychological support is provided through organizationof development work with the child and class groups. Thus, for each child develops a roadmap for developmental classes per year. Classes are held 2 times per week - 1 per individual and 1 time in small groups.

Separately psychologist once a month provides group trainings with class groups. The main goal is development of tolerance, unity of a group of children, reducing aggression and adaptation. Classes are held with the class in the form of group games.

The psychologist works closely with a teacher, a speech therapist and parents because they always agree on specific tasks. Once a month they meet to discuss the results and short-term objectives.

At this stage psychologist uses following methods and techniques:

• Art therapy. Studies show that practicing art therapy significantly influence the development of social communication skills and positive social and psychological features of the person, due to mechanisms of imagination and fantasy [1; 3]. Art therapy is well used in work with children with speech disorders, as it minimizes the use of speech and allows a child to reveal his emotions without fear to be wrong while speaking.

• Relaxation - exercises that are performed on any stage of classes and include calming breath, work with imagination, physical relaxation of muscles. Children with speech disorders essential to include the relaxation process in any classes, because the stress occurs often: the inability to accurately express their opinion verbally causes tension in the body.

• Music therapy - a type of treatment in which music is used for therapeutic or corrective purposes, solving the problem of normalization of emotional state and providing psychological correction. Music  especially useful in work with children with speech disorders because it uses symbolism. Language of music is universal and individual at the same time enabling and evoke similar feelings of different images, help each child to understand the manifestation of his uniqueness.

• Group play therapy provides real social environment for finding and experimenting with new, more efficient ways relation to peers. Group creates such an environment, where you can try new techniques in examining social reality and interpersonal relations [2].

• Body-oriented therapy - including body during correction activities is essential cause changes the relationship of the child to the health and helps him to accept the body with those disorders that are, in turn, affects the self-esteem and self-image. Another reason for the use of body-oriented therapy is that speech disorders are closely associated with motor activity, so researchers believe that the increase in motor activity can lead to the development of speech and emotional sphere.

·  Folk-therapy-  tale is one of the most effective methods of working with primary school pupils who have certain emotional and behavioral difficulties. This method of creating a special magic atmosphere that makes dreams reality of the child, allowing the child to join in the fight against his fears, complexes. The basic principle  - holistic personal development, care for the soul, healing tale[3].

• Psyhogymnastics - to correct the child's behavior and emotional stress shoot. It uses useful games for children, allowing relieve anxiety, aggression, stress, self-taught, and much more.

Classes with relaxation, using music therapy and body-oriented therapy conducted in specially equipped room for psychological relief. The room is equipped with a soft carpet and green plants. These rooms help the child to switch from learning activities.

4. Individual work with teachers and parents. Work with teachers - an important component in the implementation of inclusive education. Work at the school is organized in such a way that the psychologist provides teachers the necessary information, helps him prepare to accept children with special needs and their adaptation, to maintain throughout the educational process, to prevent burnout. Interaction with teachers going on in individual consultations and during educational talks at general meetings and special educational leadership groups meetings and seminars. In addition to presentations and practical exercises, the psychologist must constantly replenish didactic materials that can be used by teachers and make recommendations.

Inclusive school provides openness and accessibility not only for children but also for parents. Parents - an important link in the process of inclusive education. Work with parents to raise their psychological and pedagogical culture formation need to obtain psychological and pedagogical knowledge and its practical application, the desire to use them to work with the child experiences decrease. Work with parents provides in the following forms: talks and lectures, consultations, presentations at parents' meetings, round tables, meeting leadership groups, parents' evenings, trainings.

Parents try to be included as active participants in each stage of the pedagogical process.

5. The creation of educational and information base.

6. Monitoring the impact of the educational process.

7. Detection and prediction of possible problems.

8. Develop ways of correcting possible negative consequences.

Experience has shown that children with speech disorders may adapt to the educational environment of secondary schools, to find a common language with classmates and teachers to develop their potential abilities and talent show. Yes, they need more attention and additional developmental studies and consultations. And it’s very hard to work with parents. But public school is friendly and provide an opportunity for full developmentof all children.
