In this thesis there is mentioned about the financial administration mechabism's improvement of the agricultural institutions for the work qualification of the new paradigm of the European Educational System. There are shown the advantages of the managerial reform. It vas spoken about the leadership's levels. In conclusions were indicated the general ways of the educational management's reform.
Agricultural education institutions in most programs on special subjects do a student of a certain amount of social and psychological knowledge to future leaders in the practice of working with people. In addition, the traditional method of teaching those disciplines where obtaining such knowledge stipulated in the annex to the actual production is not always effective enough. All modern management, which seek to achieve socio-economic optimal result can not come only from the economic criteria, it must simultaneously pursue common social and humanitarian objectives.
Materials and methods of research

Profit is not the goal of economic development, but merely a background for her achievements. The enterprise must operate as a public duty, in accordance with economic principles, costs and efficiency, costs and profits. 
In Central Europe for decades, it was alleged that the highest result in the economic process of production can be achieved by a small group of managers will totally dominate, others dutifully obey fate and be thankful their superiors.The work was constant pressure, which caused fear of losing weight, and thus is the basis of existence.

However, the 2006-2011 periods in agricultural college’s graduates last years activity analysis showed they did not only lack expertise and organizational skills, but lack the psychological preparedness of the control functions that directly enters the professional duties .As a result of the prolonged process of adaptation specialist, and this, as you know, creates a certain discomfort for workers and impose moral and material losses. Reviewing the analysis of the College focused on increased production, requests to their knowledge graduate was able to apply in new conditions of managing. Recently proved effective and widely accepted pedagogic cooperation. Teacher and student cooperation is just one of the valuable qualities.
Thus, the use of non-traditional techniques is not an alternative to the traditional, time-tested. Experience has shown the possibility of their combination, and that the two lines only reinforce and complement each other.
