The invasion has on an organism of the owner various an effect, mentions many bodies and systems. Result of pathological action helminths display in change of indicators of peripheral blood.
As from the most widespread helminths all over the world is fascioliasis the purpose of our work there was a studying hematological indicators of laboratory animals under the influence of an extract from Fasciola hepatica.
Materials and methods.
The extract of Fasciola hepaica was once injected intraperitoneally to white mice - weighing 18-20 g in dose 100 mg of protein. Slaughter of mice spent through 4; 12; 24; 48; 72 hours a method by cervical dislocation. We have collected blood in number of 200 мкл in disposable plastic test tubes with EDTA-K2 and investigated on automatic analyzer Abacus junior vet. Also there were prepared dabs of blood and painted on Romanovsky.
Results
The general condition of animals remained satisfactory throughout all period of experiment.
Dynamics of leukocytes of blood of mice after introduction of extract Fasciola hepatica the Table

Our researchers have shown presence of changes of a condition of leukocytes in blood of laboratory mice depending on term after introduction of antigenes. In leykogramme after 12 hours increased the number of stab neutrophils in 2.4 times, and after 24 h increased the number of segmented neutrophils in 1.4 times compared to the number of control after 48 hours increased in 3.1 times compared with the control. There were also found such as dual-core pathology of lymphocytes and blast forms. In the study on an automated hematology analyzer was marked decrease of the number of leukocytes observed after 4, 12, 48 hours, and increase of the number of leukocytes in 1.5 times in 72 hours. The number of secondary cells was 3 times higher than controls after 4 hours and 2 times higher after 48 hours. The number of neutrophils was 8% lower at 12, 48 hours and 24 hours higher at 4.7%.
Conclusions
Thus against the general insignificant decrease in quantity of leukocytes an increase in quantity of lymphocytes and eosinophils is observed that testifies the activation of immune processes and allergization of an organism under the influence of extract Fasciola hepaica.
