Generally, there are several problems in the field of management consulting in Kazakhstan. It is caused, on the one hand, the fact that the need for the development of the organization in terms of growth in business activity is generally not regarded as a problem, but on the other – the fact that it is not objectified as the need for reorganization and automation of business processes on a scientific basis.

To begin to understand what constitutes general advice as the scope of professional services? In the world there are many definitions of consulting, including the odious and senseless. We adhere to that advice is an intelligent process of informational, organizational and communication with customers in their use of scientific, technical, organizational and economic developments in the problems of their functioning and development, in order to improve the efficiency of the client in terms of how the effectiveness and efficiency its activities. In any case, consulting plays an important role in promoting standards of excellence in the business environment and in this sense, introducing scientific expedition to the practice of society.
