From October 27 to November 1, 2011, XII International Research and Practice Conference "Key instruments of human co-existence organisation: economics and law" was carried out.
The conference was held simultaneously in two cities: Kiev (Ukraine) and London (UK) in a remote interactive form and was dedicated to management, economic and juridical sciences.
The geography of the XII conference included Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Slovakia, Nigeria and the Kyrgyz Republic, and the total number of presented works amounted to 141 reports.
The conference organizers were: the International Academy of Science and Higher Education (UK), All-Ukrainian Academic Union (Ukraine), National Bologna Centre (Ukraine), International Union of Commerce and Industry (UK), American International Commercial Arbitration Court (USA).
The international organizing committee was represented by: Boris Zhitnigor (Ukraine), Stevens Godvint (UK), Leonid Kupreychik (Russia), Anatol Tim (USA), George Georgio (UK), Thomas Morgan (UK), Sergei Serdechniy (Australia), Lucas Straker (Belgium).

The best articles and their authors were awarded the customary special diplomas: gold, silver and bronze, as well as special diplomas in separate sections. The conference resulted in the collection of reports of all its participants.
