A RESEARCH OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL FEATURES IN SPORTS SWIMMING

This article describes the features of the central nervous system and the individual characteristics of temperament, the specifics of their manifestation in sports swimming, experimentally grounded the influence of typological features of athletic performance of young swimmers of training groups.

Currently, the sport has reached a stage of development at which to enter the leading position it is necessary to use all methods of preparation. Today, the arena can not be trifles. Having reached exorbitant loads in the training process, increase athletic performance possible with proper use of psychological means and methods.
Determination of the individual characteristics of the functioning of the central nervous system, the identification of psychological traits athlete personality explain his behavioral reactions, speed and degree of mastery of this or that quality or motor effect, allow us to find the right approach, to carry out more effective planning and use as one of the criteria at different stages sports selection in swimming

Analysis of work (Kashina, V.P Merlinkina, AV Rodionova, B.V Suslova and others), gives some idea of the development of various aspects of manifestation of the features of the nervous system and temperament in athletics, sports games, swimming and some other sports. However, in our opinion, especially psychological and educational activities in the field of athletes in sports swimming poorly understood.

Thus, our work is aimed at studying the features of temperament, manifestations specificity in sports swimming and improving athletic performance of young swimmers.

To develop and substantiate the influence of temperament on increasing physical and sports-technical preparedness of young swimmers of training groups.
Experiments prove the impact of typological features of the sports performance of young swimmers of training groups.

The research method of testing were used, questionnaires, research and pedagogical methods of mathematical statistics. The pedagogical experiment was carried out with the young swimmers training groups CTSS. Age young swimmers 13-15yearst 2-adult category to the CMS. The study carried out an analysis of scientific - methodical literature, refined the methodology of experimental research, especially the implementation of techniques and evaluation of the test. At the beginning of the study revealed the temperament of young swimmers, and was determined by psychological and pedagogical performance. Table №1 presented temperaments of young swimmers of control and experimental groups as a percentage.

Summing up the performance of typological features of the experimental and control groups, characteristic of the strong type of nervous activity, and it can be concluded that a strong type of nervous activity is prevalent in both groups
As a result, we can see that in all the subjects of young swimmers participated in this study, the types of temperaments correspond to the selected sport.
Identified types of temperaments offer great opportunities for the introduction of a differentiated approach to practice and improve athletic performance of young swimmers. Opens the possibility of taking into account, the individual characteristics of young swimmers, which, of course, increases the effectiveness

After determining the typological features of the young swimmers began the experiment. During the experiment, the control group were trained in accordance with the training programs of training groups of youth sports schools, i.e. using the traditional method of preparation and the experimental group - developed with complex types of typological features of the program.

Comparative analysis of the dynamics of the values of the indicators that determine athletic performanceresponse measurement shows that the growth of the studied parameters in young athletes pilot more significant than those involved in the control groups.

Indicators of sports performance, assess the perception of time, time simple and complex reactions in swimmers experimental groups by 20-40% (p <0.05) values of the indicators significantly exceed the value of the control group.
In summary it can be concluded that almost all aspects of the main pedagogical experiment confirm the effectiveness of the chosen method.

Conclusion of the results of comparative pedagogical experiment convincingly confirmed the effectiveness of the application of typological features in the training process of training young swimmers. Development of indicators of sports performance, psychological preparedness swimmers experimental group improved by 20-40% (P <0,05) and higher than the values in the controls.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Сonclusions

Conclusion The results of comparative pedagogical experiment convincingly confirmed the effectiveness of the application of typological features in the training process of training young swimmers. The development of sports performance indicators of psychological readiness of swimmers of the experimental group improved by 20-40% (P <0,05) and higher than the values in the controls.
