According to the rules of the science analytics championships holding, every participant by himself must rate and comment all other articles within the bounds of the championship section of his work.
para.20, art.12 of the General Regulations for conducting championships (competitions) in research analytics: «Each member of the corresponding stages of championships of various levels and types is required to evaluate all but his/her own, scientific works (reports, articles) presented in the same section as his/her scientific work...»
para.21, art.12. «…The refusal entails dismissal of the person from participation in the competitive programme of the corresponding stage of the championship and giving him/her the status of a conference participant at this stage.»
To rate an article you have to scroll down the text and find the rating tool below it:
The quantity of "stars" you mark will be your evaluation of the article. The rating process is based on ten-point system, but there are only eight "stars" - therefore you are not allowed to mark an article with a rate below three. In the example above, the text under the image means that average rate of the article is 4.7 with 11 voters.
After rating the article, you will also have to express your opinion, ie - comment it. To do that, you will need to scroll further down and find a comment box under the rating tool:
Type your thoughts about the article you have read and press the "Preview" button. This will give you a possibility to see, how would your commentary look after you have finished working on it. .
To finish working on the commentary and to save it press the "Save" button.
We strongly ask you to remebmer to leave ratings and comments being signed in under the profile, where your reports are published. Opinions, posted using different profiles, will not be taken into account.
We also ask you to pay attention to inadmissibility of sharp critics, insults and abusive language.
para.22. art. 12 of the General Regulations for conducting championships (competitions) in research analytics: «A deliberately irresponsible, biased or incorrect evaluation entails for the participant who performs it the consequences provided for in p. 21 of this chapter of the Regulations and is not counted in summarizing the results of the corresponding championship».
